Get a bigger heater, and spell check.

Also, see if bypass valve is open.

Where is that bypass valve located..... in/on the tank?

Sounds like a case of Hyper-Framic Molecular Expansion....

Either that or the waters not getting hot...

If the valve at the red and blue pipes is open the water will bypass the heater.

Flush tank and change anode rod. When was the last time you've done that?

I have the same problem with mine. I just turn it on and off about 5 or 6 times and it starts working normal again. It seems to be a problem with the air in the propane line.... I always fire up the stove and let it run for a few minutes then kick on the water heater and fridge to bleed out the lines.

Did you see if there is a bypass valve? Is yours propane only or dual power?

Flushing should do anything to make it work.

I had that problem at Pismo.........

Here is 6 step process on what I did to fix the problem.

1) I removed bad parts from my trailer.

2) Stumbled over to neighbor with big black fords trailer.

3) Removed his good parts from his WW trailer.

4) Installed my bad parts on his trailer.

5) Stumbled back over to my trailer.

6) Installed his good parts and all was fixed.

I flushed mine a few weeks ago minus the vinegar. Water came out clean at first, then I went out and bought that water heater flusher nozzle thingy ma-bobber. All sorts of shit came out when I blasted it with the nozzle:vib::vib:

Guess I should flush mine, its been 8 years now

I have a gas/electric, and was only getting a minute of hot water recently even with both modes on. It's a 2005, and I've never touched the water heater. I pulled the drain and element, and A LOT of crap came out, along with the element being burned out completely.

I remember when it was new that I could have almost continuous warm water with the gas and electric on. Guess I should keep up on the flush routine more often.
