Here's the program I'm working on now.
It's tough but has shown pretty decent gains for me.

Current Supplements:
GNC Mega Men Sprot Multi Vit. (2 per day)
GNC L-Carnitine 500 (1 per day)
GNC Pro Max CLA (3 per day)
Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein (2-4 servings per day to meet goals)
GNC Ravage (1 serving pre workout)
Pure Protein Banana Protein Drink (pre mixed. 1 per day)
GNC Pro Casien Protein (1 serving before bed)

Past Supplements:
Ultimate Nutrition Iso Mass Extreme Gainer (1 per day post workout)
Gaspari SuperPump Max (3 servings pre-workout)

This is what I'm currently taking. I tend to try something out for one or two cycles and switch out to something else.

Muscle Gain

but muscle burns fat.

Updated with new supplements.

I have switched up to a new workout too. I ran this one 3 cycles, about 4 months. Time to change it up.
