This is just a start from memory. When I get home tonight I'll redo.


TNT stands for Targeted Nutrition Tactics

Plan A:
Do this if ANY of the following apply to you:

You're just starting the program
You have more then 20 lbs of fat to loose
You want to drop more then 4" from your waist
You want to loose fat at the highest rate possible
You have a metabolic syndrome or prediabetes

Eat any of the "allowed" foods until you feel satisfied, but not stuffed.
Try to eat protein at every meal.
Eat lots of veggies.
Avoid soups.
Eat fat. It's OK. Don't sweat it.

Allowed:

Good quality multivitamin. MUST HAVE!!!
Any meat.
Fish
Any cheese.
Eggs
Any veggie except carrots.
Salad is good. No croutons. Tuna Salad, Taco Salad.
Ranch dressing for dipping veggies or salad is ok.
Coffee
Nuts. 1/4 cup per day
Pork Rhinds
Limit BBQ sauce, ketchup.
Mustard
Avocado
Beef Jerky
Suger-free Jello
Protein Shakes. Lo/No carb. Pure Protein Bannana. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey
Olives
Butter
Sour Cream (2 tbs)
Cream
Water
Unsweetened Tea
Diet drinks
2 alcholic drinks per day

NOT ALLOWED:

NO bread
No tortillas
No fruit
No fruit juice
No candy
No sugar
NO popcorn
NO chips
NO Honey
NO Pasta
NO Potatoes
NO Rice
NO Carrots
NO Corn
NO French Fries

After 4 weeks, your goals are evaluated and then a modified diet is adopted.
I'll post this info later.

Warning: The first week or two may be a little difficult. You may be a little irritable or tired for a few days while your body gets used to burning fat for energy instead of carbs.

OK, plan has been updated.

I'll add the additional sections later, since anyone doing this has at least 4 weeks of this before making any changes.
