I use http:www.fitday.com. Not just to count calories but to track everything relative to my diet and I can also set my requirements and track weight.

Livestrong.com has a nice one too.

I use a tracker from the fitness company that runs the trainer program at the gym

Custom Built but when I am no longer on thier training plan I will be looking for a free one, thanks Eric

I had half a can of Spam and 2 fried eggs for breakfast, two small pickles for lunch and couple pieces of salami for lunch, plan on some dinner, not sure yet and maybe 8 or so Coor OG's. Whats that worth? :vib:

185 for 2 fried eggs with minimal fat added
23 for 2 2.3 oz pickles
104 for 3 slices dry salami


142 Calories per 12 oz can.
